The “Power Serve” is all about hitting the ball at the highest peak of the toss…

It has NOTHING to do with how you flick your wrist or how fast you flick the Wii-mote… It’s all in the timing of when you hit the ball during the toss…

I usually try to swing the Wii-mote “just before” the highest point of the toss to get the timing down just right…

Once you’ve got the timing down, you can serve “Power Serves” just about every time!!

So… Just to let you know… IT’S NOT RANDOM… It is all about hitting the ball at the highest point of the toss!!

Try and time your shots when the tennis ball has bounced. Some people, like my sister, swing just a little bit too early.

If you hit the ball low, it will lob over your opponents. Hit it when the ball is high, you unleash power shots.

Keep focus on the tennis ball and try and hit early as you can. Hit it too late, the ball will go out.

TIP: When serving, when throwing the ball up and serve it, get it as high as you can and just power it home.

Spike? I guess you mean a fast server, its a timing thing, the ball has to be at the apex of height for you to hit, it will then take off like a rocket.

Other secrets… If you rotate your wrist a certain way you can put backspin or topspin on the ball. It really is a practice thing of motion.
